Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something is not quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit.
To be accepted, all returned items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in their original condition
- with all original tags attached
- returned in the original packaging where possible
Any items returned that show signs of wear, damage, marks, makeup, fragrance, or other use will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Store Credit Only
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returned items. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Return Costs
There is no restocking fee for returns.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item to us.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- earrings
- pierced jewellery
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
Return Timeframe
Your return must be sent back to us so that it arrives within 14 days of your return request. Returns sent outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
How to Return
To request a return, please contact our team with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will then provide the next steps for returning your order.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
We monitor return activity and may refuse future orders or returns where we believe this policy is being misused.
